Can I add options?
Even if you have not selected an option at the time of reservation, you can add it on the day of your visit. Please feel free to ask our staff if you wish to do so.
Are group rental plans available for children?
Girls must be at least 148cm tall/boys must be at least 155cm tall. Adults' kimonos are available for rent, not children's kimonos.
I applied for the group plan. Can we enter at different times?
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask that everyone come together.
Are group plans available for men only?
Our group plan is available for 3 or more persons regardless of gender.
Three women will be using this service. One of them will wear Hakama. Can we use the group plan?
If one of the three guests is wearing Hakama, two guests will use the "Full Kimono Set" and one guest will use the "Hakama/Furisode Dress Plan". Please understand this.
